OMEGA PLASTO Tape is an expandable butyl-rubber tape with a fleece base that can be plastered and painted over. The adhesive area has a split, asymmetrical PE backing. The liner split enables precise application at intersections and in corner areas. OMEGA PLASTO tape makes a second drainage level below the window sill, among other sealing applications. OMEGA PLASTO Tape was tested in combination with OMEGA PoBit Sealing Compound for tightness against water accumulation according to the guideline for waterproofing of structural connections with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, Part 2. Tested by HFA (Austrian Forest Products Research Society), HFA 2281/2019/G-BF.
