PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Airstop Flex is a versatile adhesive tape for airtight sealing in any type of build. It has an ultra-long-life acrylate adhesive that doesn't harden or break down and can withstand temperatures from -40 to 100 degrees Celsius.
 
The laminated fleece is slightly malleable, extremely strong and tear-resistant, and can be painted or plastered over. Airstop Flex can be used on almost any surface, including airtight vapour control membranes, OSB sheeting, plywood, timber, masonry blockwork, concrete, metal, EPS and ICF substrates. We suggest cleaning away dust and loose debris and priming dusty or porous surfaces with Airstop Uni Spray or Airstop Buby LF Primer, surfaces should be dry, grease and dust free. Airstop Flex comes in various widths, with those 75 millimetres and up having split backs for easy installations into corners and perimeters, it can be used at hollow core junctions or to seal membrane back to walls or timber.
 
Use a Airstop Pak Pressure applicator to apply pressure when installing the tape. Airstop Flex can be used both indoors and outdoors and has been tested for up to 600 pascals for water, air, and wind tightness. Its generous amount of adhesive, slight flexibility, and eh Plus VOC rating make it an excellent all-around tape that can be used throughout the build to seal all joints and junctions.
